What you should know before you order ShopCMS

The license is an activation key, which is automatically sent to your e-mail address after we receive your payment. Additionally, you will see a license code on the computer screen. After obtaining the licence, it is necessary to keep a copy in a folder with the script.
The license will be for an unlimited period for one domain and subsequently can not be changed! If you want to change the domain in future, you'll need to buy a new license.
The price of the license does not include any changes of ShopCMS source (redesigning or adding new opportunities for your Internet shop). The license is sent only after complete payment.
You can request (use contact form) to buy a licence for more than one domain. In this case you will be granted with a multi-Domain license.

Make sure you have specified the correct domain of your store!
Specify the domain without "http://" and slashes "/" at the end. If your shop will be located in subfolder, you have to specify only primary domain (myshop.com). If your shop will be located in subdomain (myshop.address.com) then specify subdomain. (Except subdomains "shop." and "test.", in this case you must specify only primary domain).

After your payment is confirmed, a license for the application will be sent to your e-mail address.

License agreement

                              

This licence agreement is a contract between you and a group of developers "ADGroup". The agreement applies to all versions and modifications of ShopCMS.



1. ShopCMS is shopping script software which can be found in files or explained on hardcopy including electronically or printed.



2. This agreement allows you to use the product within one domain name, encrypted in the licence at the time of purchase. The licence allows purchaser to install software only once.



3. ."ADGroup" shall not be responsible for any incidental, consequential or other indirect damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise, regardless of whether "ADGroup" was advised of the possibility of such losses in advance. In no event shall "ADGroup's" liability hereunder exceed the amount of license fees paid by Licensee, regardless of whether Licensee's claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, and product liability or otherwise.



4. ShopCms contains scripts which are not covered by this Agreement. These scripts are provided and distributed freely in accordance with their own license:

5. You are not allowed to create new versions of this for selling or distribution without the consent of the author. Any such unauthorized action or modifying means an automatic and immediate termination of the Agreement. “ADgroup” will take legal action against any users who are caught to be pirating "ADgroup" products. 



6. You have the right to make any changes to the original product code of your choice. However, subsequent use of the product should be in accordance with this Agreement and subject to copyright. The author will not be responsible for failure of operating the product in case if any changes were done.



7. The author reserves the right to change any terms of the agreement, but these actions are not and will not be applied retroactively.



8. Purchasing ShopCMS means that you are familiar with the content of the Agreement, agree to its provisions, and will use the product under the terms of the Agreement.



9. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you should delete all the files which contain ShopCMS source code.



10.The author is not liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, intentional, punitive damage, including the loss of revenue, goodwill, data or other intangible losses Termination of this Agreement does not oblige the author to return money.
